蕭希辰(David Hsiao)為國際侍酒大師協會(Court of Master Sommeliers)認證侍酒師,現任台灣侍酒師協會首席顧問。其學養橫跨科學與商業,持有紐西蘭奧克蘭大學生物化學碩士及澳洲新南威爾斯大學商學碩士學位,並曾任職於生技製藥領域之研究工作;兼具科學分析與商業思維的養成,構成其品鑑與選酒的專業基礎。David Hsiao is a Certified Sommelier of the Court of Master Sommeliers and Chief Consultant of the Taiwan Sommelier Association. His background bridges science and business — holding a Master's in Biochemistry from the University of Auckland and a Master's in Commerce from the University of New South Wales, with earlier experience in biopharmaceutical research. This dual grounding in scientific analysis and commercial reasoning underpins his approach to tasting and selection.
蕭氏為 WSET 認證講師、International Wine Challenge 國際評審,長期為精緻餐飲與酒業品牌提供酒單規劃、侍酒及選酒顧問服務,並應產業媒體之邀評析葡萄酒市場趨勢。現任辰芳酒業(Grand Reserve)總經理,致力以國際專業視野,為台灣市場引介值得信賴的酒款。A WSET Certified Educator and International Wine Challenge judge, he has long advised fine-dining establishments and beverage brands on wine-list design, sommellerie and wine selection, and is regularly invited by industry media to comment on market trends. He currently serves as General Manager of Grand Reserve, dedicated to bringing internationally informed, dependable wine selections to the Taiwanese market.
